AliKhan Consultants conducted a four-week intense customer experience design session to envision the best-in-class SUV buyer experience. Aptly dubbed “D-Day: Designing the Future,” the workshop mapped the current automotive customer experience in Pakistan to identify projects that can systemically address current opportunities and develop priority plans that can set Changan as a clear market leader in automotive customer experience.
