At Ibex we designed unique and innovative games and activities that enabled an impartial, observation based top talent assessment process. The client got a fast, cost-effective, third party assessment to benchmark the promotion process with industry best practices. It also enabled the internal HR team to build trust in organizational decisions and drive transparency. Each game/activity was distinct in its design and game play. We focused on evaluation of different skill sets including teamwork and collaboration, effective leadership skills, complex problem solving and impactful communication skills.
